Michael Ryan began reading science fiction when he was ten years old. He still believes humans will explore deep space someday soon. He believes it's entirely possible that aliens have already landed on earth and are currently running the world behind the scenes. He's a fan of military science fiction, space opera, and epic fantasy. When he's not writing novels, you can find him hanging out in bars and coffee shops telling tales, bad jokes, and looking for a girlfriend. His biggest dream is to see one of his novels turned into a movie. His second biggest dream is to write the lyrics to charting and award-winning hip-hop song.
