Santiago Vitagliano

Santiago Vitagliano, also known as SAVI, is the founder of The SAVI Ministries and the author of two bilingual bodies of work: one on the inner life and contemplative practice, the other on metabolic health and longevity. His contemplative work includes The Journey Begins Within and its Spanish edition El Viaje Comienza Adentro, together with Awakened Paths: A Year of Sacred Reflections, a 365-day bilingual daily reader. These books draw on Christian-mystical and gnostic wisdom traditions while remaining accessible to readers of any background. His metabolic-health work includes The Health Protocol and its Spanish edition El Protocolo de Salud, along with the companion workbook in both languages: The Health Protocol Workbook and Implementación: El Protocolo de Salud. Together they present a research-informed framework for restoring energy, regulating metabolism, and aligning daily practice with how the body is built to function.
