Shi fa jie bu li yi nian xin (十法界不離一念心)

What are the realms of the universe? According to Buddhist theory, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Hearers and Those Enlightened to Conditions make up the four sagely realms. Gods, humans, asuras, hell-beings, ghosts and animals make up the six common realms. How do all these realms relate and how can you move out of your current realm?
