Tyler Mackenzie and Jenny Delaney are farm children from two 2 warring families, who grow up and fall in love. When they are not allowed to be together, Tyler goes off to fight in the Civil War. This leaves Jenny to make a crucial decision - to choose the life she has known since childhood or to leave the farm and search for the man she loves.
