Captain Rogue

Running away from a debauched step-family, Mary's journey on the stage brings her in company with Captain Carswell, late of Wellington's staff. Some social scandals and espionage follow, leading ultimately to a fairy-tale restoration of fortune to Carswell and a happy ending for Mary.
