Final Silence

A young psychologist escapes the traumatic reality of war-torn Guatemala and forges a successful career in the U.S. treating victims of torture. But he is unable to settle down to a life of emotional stability and is drawn back to his homeland as it edges hesitantly towards peace after three decades of slaughter.
