Tells the story of the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society, which was founded by Sylvia Lawry in response to her efforts to help her brother who was diagnosed with MS in the late 1930s, and discusses the work of scientists and volunteers who have become part of the effort to find a cure for the disease.
