Garfield
Garfield is an American comic strip created by Jim Davis. Originally published locally as Jon in 1976 (later changed to Garfield in 1977), then in nationwide syndication from 1978, it chronicles the life of the title character Garfield the cat, Odie the dog, and their owner Jon Arbuckle. As of 2013, it was syndicated in roughly 2,580 newspapers and journals; the comic held the Guinness World Record for being the world's most widely syndicated comic strip.

Elfquest
Elfquest (or ElfQuest) is a comic book property created by Wendy and Richard Pini in 1978, and still owned by them. It is a fantasy story about a community of elves and other fictional species who struggle to survive and coexist on a primitive Earth-like planet with two moons. The first major version is Jessica Drew (and later impersonated by Veranke), the second major version is Julia Carpenter, and the third major version is Mattie Franklin. Several alternate reality incarnations of the character have additionally received attention, including the Ultimate Spider-Woman, Ashley Barton, and Gwen Stacy.
RanXerox
Ranxerox (also styled RanXerox) is an Italian science fiction graphic novel series by writer Stefano Tamburini and artist Tanino Liberatore, two Italian comics creators who had worked on such magazines as Cannibale and Frigidaire. Conceived as a bizarre antihero, Ranxerox is a mechanical creature made from Xerox photocopier parts.
