28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is a 2026 post-apocalyptic horror film directed by Nia DaCosta and written by Alex Garland. Based on the video game series by Capcom, the film is the second reboot and eighth overall installment in the Resident Evil film series and will tell an original story unrelated to the previous films and inspired by the early video games of the series.
