Peja (Albanian indefinite form: Pejë, ) or Peć (, ), is the fifth most populous city in Kosovo and serves as the seat of the Peja Municipality and the District of Peja. It is located in the Rugova region on the eastern section of the Accursed Mountains along the Peja's Lumbardh in the western part of Kosovo.

It has an elevation of above sea level. Gjeravica is in the western part of Kosovo, in the municipality of Junik.

Hajla
Hajla ( or Hajla; ) is a mountain located between the borders of Kosovo and Montenegro. It has several peaks that reach over , the tallest with a hight of . The northern slopes contains the spring formation of the Ibar river, and to its southern slopes is the origin of the Bistrica e Pejës (or the Pećka Bistrica) river. Hajla is also the tallest mountain in the northern part of the Accursed Mountains of the Balkans. In Kosovo, Hajla forms part of the long Rugova Canyon. The closest city to Hajla is Rožaje, in Montenegro.

Žljeb mountain
Žljeb (; ) is a mountain located between western Kosovo and the Rožaje Municipality of eastern Montenegro. It is a part of the Accursed Mountains, located between the mountains of Hajla and Mokna. The majority of the land within the mountain belongs to Kosovo, while a minority of it belongs to Montenegro. The White Drin river originates from within the mountain.

thumb|Marijash as seen from Rops Bogićevica (; ) is a mountain area in the Accursed Mountains (Prokletije) mountain range. It spreads over Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania. It is about 15 km long and 10 km wide. The mountain area has a number of peaks higher than 2000 m and two higher than 2500 m. Marijash (2533 m) and Maja e Ropës (2502 m) are both located in Kosovo. The towns of Deçan in Kosovo and Tropojë in Albania are located near the area.

Kopranik (, ) is a mountain with a height of in Kosovo. Kopranik is part of the Albanian Alps. At the northern slopes of the mountain is the Rugova Canyon which is a popular tourist destination in the Accursed Mountains and all of Kosovo.

Shniku
Shëniku (), also known as Maja e Madhe or Maja e Shnikut, is a summit in the Accursed Mountains of northern Albania. Rising to above sea level, it is one of the prominent peaks of the Albanian Alps and forms part of a massive limestone structure in the interior section of the range.

Kuçishti
Kuçishtë (; ) is a small village located in the municipality of Peja, Kosovo. Kuçishtë is located near the Montenegro border, at the edge of the Rugova Canyon in the Accursed Mountains. The Lumbardhi i Pejës flows past the village. The peak of Leqinat at 1,799 meters above sea level is situated to the west of the village. The village of Kuçishtë is categorized as being the last village in the Rugova Canyon and for the rough terrain it's on.
