Nótia (, formerly Νώτια; or ; ) is a village in the Exaplatanos municipal unit of the Pella regional unit, Macedonia, Greece.

Almopia (), or Enotia (Greek: Ενωτία), also known in the Middle Ages as Moglena (Greek: Μογλενά, Macedonian and Bulgarian: Меглен or Мъглен), is a municipality and a former province (επαρχία) of the Pella regional unit in Macedonia, Greece. The seat of the municipality is the town Aridaia. The municipality has an area of 985.817 km2.

Exaplatanos (; Macedonian: Капињани, Kapinjani; ) is a village and a former municipality in the Pella regional unit, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Almopia, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 422.907 km2. Population 6,105 (2021). In 1912 the village numbered 1,315 residents exclusively Pomak Muslims.

It is 5 km west of Polykarpi, 6 km south of Loutraki, 11 km southwest of Aridaia and 15 km northwest of Edessa. Forests cover most of the area.
