Difflugia
Difflugia is the largest genus of Arcellinida, one of several groups of Tubulinea within the eukaryote supergroup Amoebozoa. Arcellinida species produce shells or tests from mineral particles or biogenic elements (e.g. diatom frustules) and are thus commonly referred to as testate amoebae or shelled amoebae. Difflugia are particularly common in marshes and other freshwater habitats.

Arcella
Arcella is a genus of testate amoebae in the order Arcellinida, commonly found in ponds, wetlands, moss, and soil. It is distinguished by a radially symmetrical organic shell, which features a central aperture through which pseudopods are extended. Recognized for its broad ecological adaptability, Arcella has been described as "probably the most ecologically successful Arcellinid taxon", with several species exhibiting a cosmopolitan distribution across diverse environments.

Heleopera () is a genus of testate amoebae belonging to the order Arcellinida. It is the sole genus within family Heleoperidae and infraorder Volnustoma, which in turn belong to the suborder Glutinoconcha. It is characterized by a conspicuous slit-like test aperture.

Centropyxiella is a genus of Amoebozoa in the family Centropyxidae.
Cryptodifflugia
Cryptodifflugia is a genus of arcellinid testate amoebae. It contains all the species previously grouped as the genus Difflugiella, which is now a synonym of Cryptodifflugia.
