Ertvågsøya
Ertvågsøya is an island in Aure Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island has an area of and the highest point is the tall Korsbekkfjellet. The small islands of Rottøya and Ruøya lie to the east of the island and the islands of Solskjelsøya and Stabblandet lie to the west. The Arasvikfjorden strait runs along the south side of the island and the Gjerdevika, an arm of the Edøyfjorden passes along the north side of the island. The island is nearly bisected by the Foldfjorden, a narrow bay reaching south into the central part of the island.
Foldfjorden
or is a fjord on the island of Ertvågsøya in Aure Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The fjord's natural surroundings support a large wildlife population, including many red deer. County Road 682 runs along the east shore of the fjord. At the north end, County Road 680 crosses the fjord at a narrow point near Espset. The fjord flows north where it joins Gjerdavika, an arm off Edøyfjorden.
Stabblandet
Stabblandet is an island in Aure Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island lies to the west of the island of Ertvågsøya, south of the smaller island of Solskjelsøya, east of the large island of Tustna, and north of the mainland of Heim Municipality. The highest point on the island is the tall mountain Innerbergsalen.
Trondheimsleia
The Trondheimsleia is a strait in Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag counties in Norway. The long strait runs between the islands of Smøla and Hitra and the mainland municipalities of Aure, Heim, and Orkland. The strait has several fjords which branch off it including the Ramsøyfjorden, Hemnfjorden, and Trondheimsfjorden. The islands of Leksa are located in the Trondheimsleia in Orkland Municipality. The Hitra Tunnel is a road tunnel underneath the Trondheimsleia connecting the island of Hitra to the mainland.
Tømmervåg
Tømmervåg is a village in Aure Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located on the western coast of the island of Tustna, about northeast of the town of Kristiansund. The village of Tømmervåg is the site of the Sør-Tustna Chapel.
Gullstein

The village is located on the eastern side of the island of Tustna, about east of the village of Tømmervåg and about west of the village of Aure. The Soleimsund Bridge connects Gullstein (and the island of Tustna) to the neighboring island of Stabblandet to the east.

Edøyfjorden
Edøyfjorden is a fjord (more technically, a strait) in the Nordmøre region of Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The long fjord runs between Smøla Municipality and Aure Municipality with many large and small islands on both sides. Some of the major islands include Smøla, Edøya, and Kuli on the north side and Tustna, Stabblandet, Solskjeløya, Ertvågsøya, and Grisvågøya on the south side. The fjord flows into the Norwegian Sea on its southwestern end and into the Trondheimsleia and Ramsøyfjorden on the northeastern end.

Talgsjøen
Talgsjøen is a strait or fjord in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The strait is located between the island of Tustna in Aure Municipality in the northeast, several islands in Kristiansund Municipality to the southwest, and the mainland of Tingvoll Municipality in the southeast. The strait connects the Norwegian Sea with the Korsnesfjorden, Halsafjorden, and Freifjorden.
Arasvikfjorden
Arasvikfjorden () is a fjord on the border of Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag counties in Norway. The fjord is located between Aure Municipality (in Møre og Romsdal) and Heim Municipality (in Trøndelag). The fjord is part of the larger Vinjefjorden, near where the Valsøyfjorden branches off to the south. European route E39 runs along the south shore of the fjord, through the village of Valsøyfjord. The ferry from Hennset to Arasvika crosses the fjord. The Arasvikfjorden is known for its fishery of cod, coalfish, pollock, mackerel, common ling, tusk, and several types of flatfish.
Solskjelsøya
Solskjelsøya is an island in Aure Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island sits just north of the island of Stabblandet, northeast of the larger island of Tustna and west of the island of Ertvågsøya.
Grisvågøya
Grisvågøya is an island in Aure Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island is located on the south side of the Edøyfjorden/Trondheimsleia. There are many islands around Grisvågøya including Skardsøya to the east, Ertvågsøya to the south, Edøya, and Smøla to the west, and Hitra across the fjord to the north. The sparsely populated island of Grisvågøya has a bridge connecting it to the neighboring island of Skardsøya to the east which has two different bridges that connect it to the mainland. In 2015, the island had 90 residents living on it.

Vinjefjorden
Vinjefjorden () is a fjord in Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag counties in Norway. It begins at the village of Vinjeøra in Heim Municipality (in Trøndelag county) and flows west through the municipalities of Aure, Tingvoll, and Kristiansund (in Møre og Romsdal county). At its western end, it flows into the Talsjøen and Freifjorden. The Halsafjorden, Skålvik Fjord, and Valsøyfjorden all branch off of the long Vinjefjorden. The central part of the Vinjefjorden is called the Arasvikfjorden. European route E39 runs along the southern shore of the fjord for most of its length.

Skardsøya
Skardsøya is an island in Aure Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island is located along the Trondheimsleia strait in the northeastern part of the municipality, just east of the island of Grisvågøya and north and west of the mainland. The island is connected to the mainland to the east by the Dromnessund Bridge and to the south by the Torsetsund Bridge. In 2015, the island had about 332 residents living on it.
