Gudvangen
Gudvangen is a village in Aurland Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is a popular tourist destination and is located at the end of the Nærøyfjord where the Nærøydalselvi river empties into the fjord. The European route E16 highway passes by the village. Heading southwest on the highway leads to Voss Municipality while heading northeast the E16 enters the Gudvanga Tunnel on its way to the villages of Flåm, Undredal, and Aurlandsvangen. The nearby village of Bakka lies about to the north. The Kjelfossen waterfall is located just to the southeast of the village.

Kjosfossen
Kjosfossen is a waterfall located in Aurland Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The waterfall is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Norway. Its total fall is around . There is a small power station on the waterfall which is used to power the Flåm Line railway.

Aurlandsvangen () is the administrative center of Aurland Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located on the east side of the Aurlandsfjorden (a branch of the main Sognefjorden) where the Aurlandselvi river flows into the fjord. The village of Undredal and the famous Nærøyfjord are located just a few kilometres to the northwest. Aurlandsvangen is located on the European route E16 highway about northeast of the village of Flåm and southwest of the village of Lærdalsøyri (through the Lærdal Tunnel).

Undredal
Undredal is a small village in Aurland Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The popular tourist destination of Undredal is located along the Aurlandsfjorden which is a branch off the massive Sognefjorden in Norway's "fjord-country." It sits along the Aurlandsfjorden, about south of the mouth to the Nærøyfjord. Undredal is home to the smallest stave church in Northern Europe, Undredal Stave Church. This little village was mentioned in Rick Steves' show about Norway.

Stegastein is a scenic overlook on Sogn og Fjordane County Road 243 in Norway.
The long and wide platform of steel and laminated pine overlooks Aurlandsvangen and the Aurlandsfjord. This project is part of a national program of tourist routes commissioned by the Norwegian Highway Department.

Rjoandefossen is a waterfall in Aurland Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is located about south of the village of Flåm. Aurlandsdalen
Aurlandsdalen is a glacially-formed Norwegian valley that is about in length (Geiteryggen-Vassbygdi). The valley is situated in Aurland Municipality in Vestland county, to the south of the Sognefjorden. One of the best-known tourist tracks in Norway follows the valley from Geiteryggen just across the border of Hol Municipality and north east to Aurlandsvangen at the Aurlandsfjorden in Sogn. Nyhellervatnet is a lake in Norway. It is located on the border of Hol Municipality in Buskerud county and Aurland Municipality in Vestland county. The lake sits at an elevation of above sea level. The lake is located about southeast of the village of Aurlandsvangen (in Vestland county), at the end of the Aurlandsdalen valley. In neighboring Buskerud county, the lake Djupsvatnet lies to the east and Hallingskarvet National Park lies to the south.

Myrdal
Myrdal is an area in Aurland Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. Very few people live in Myrdal, as there are only a few village houses dotted around the hills. The village is built around the Myrdal Station, a popular railway stop for tourists along the Bergen Line and the Flåm Line.

Flåmselvi or Moldo is a long river in Vestland county, Norway. The river begins as runoff from the Omnsbreen glacier about northwest of Finse in Ulvik Municipality. The river is known as the Moldo river in this area. It then flows through a series of lakes heading to the northwest where it crosses into Aurland Municipality.
