Southend-on-Sea
Southend-on-Sea (), commonly referred to as Southend (), is a coastal city and unitary authority area in south-eastern Essex, England. It lies on the north side of the Thames Estuary, east of central London. It is bordered to the north by Rochford and to the west by Castle Point. The city is one of the most densely populated places in the country outside of London. It is home to the longest pleasure pier in the world, Southend Pier, while London Southend Airport is located to the north of the city centre.

It is located on the Tendring Peninsula and is the largest settlement in the Tendring District, with a population of 53,200 (2021). The town is situated around northeast of London, southeast of Colchester and south of Harwich.

Brightlingsea (, traditionally , , ) is a coastal town and civil parish in the Tendring district of Essex, England. It is situated between Colchester and Clacton-on-Sea, at the mouth of the River Colne, on Brightlingsea Creek. The town is an active though small port. At the 2021 census the parish had a population of 8,680.

Walton-on-the-Naze is a seaside town in the civil parish of Frinton and Walton in the Tendring district of Essex, England. It lies on the North Sea coast, to the north of Clacton and south of the port of Harwich; Frinton-on-Sea immediately adjoins Walton to the south. The town attracts many visitors; The Naze and the pier are the main attractions. At the 2021 census, the Walton-on-the-Naze built up area as defined by the Office for National Statistics had a population of 6,990.

Frinton-on-Sea is a seaside town in the civil parish of Frinton and Walton, in the Tendring district of Essex, England. At the 2021 census the built up area as defined by the Office for National Statistics had a population of 4,951.

Dovercourt
Dovercourt is an area of Harwich in the Tendring district of Essex, England. Dovercourt has been administered as part of Harwich since at least the 17th century and forms part of the Harwich built up area. It is sometimes described as a suburb of Harwich and sometimes as a separate town. The area around Dovercourt High Street now serves as the main town centre of the Harwich built up area; there are few retail facilities in the old town of Harwich. Dovercourt is also a seaside resort, with beaches onto Dovercourt Bay on its southern side. It is served by Dovercourt railway station.

Bradwell-on-Sea is a village and civil parish in Essex, England; it is on the Dengie peninsula. It is located north-north-east of Southminster and is east of the county town of Chelmsford. The village is in the District of Maldon and in the parliamentary constituency of Maldon. At the 2021 census the parish had a population of 893.

Chalkwell is a suburb of the city of Southend-on-Sea, in the ceremonial county of Essex, England. It is situated on the north bank of the Thames Estuary and is in traditional terms still part of Westcliff-on-Sea. The ward of Chalkwell is bordered by Woodfield Road, Leigh-on-Sea to the west, London Road to the North and Valkyrie Road, Westcliff-on-Sea to the east.
