Röthbach Waterfall

The Röthbachfall () is the highest waterfall in Germany, with a vertical drop of 470 metres (1540 ft). The waterfall is located in the Berchtesgaden area on the Obersee lake. One way to visit the waterfall is to take the electric boat across lake Königssee to Salet and then to hike up to the Obersee. This remote location has led to the erroneous claim that the highest waterfall in Germany is the more accessible Triberg Waterfall even though Triberg has a drop of only 163 metres.

Funtenseetauern
The Funtenseetauern is a 2,579 m high border peak between Germany and Austria on the northern edge of the Steinernes Meer, one of the nine massifs of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The Funtenseetauern rises south of Berchtesgaden, its broad shoulder towering over the lakes of Königssee and Obersee. To the northwest of the Funtenseetauern and linked to it by a ridge is the Stuhljoch (2,448 m), whose Stuhlwand rock face drops steeply into the bowl of the Funtensee.

The Schneibstein is a mountain, above sea level, in the Hagen Mountains range of the Berchtesgaden Alps. Located on the border between Germany (Bavaria) and Austria (Salzburg), it is popular with tourists and day-trippers due to its ease of access and panoramic views.

Funtensee
Funtensee is a karst lake on the Steinernes Meer plateau in Berchtesgaden National Park, Bavaria, Germany. It is located in the larger of two sinkholes (also referred to as uvala). The area is known for record low temperatures, up to 30 °C (54 °F) lower than the surrounding area. Its primary inflows are the Steingraben, Stuhlgraben and Rennergraben streams.

At 2251 metres in height, it is the third highest peak of the Reiter Alpe in the Berchtesgaden Alps after the Stadelhorn and the Großes Häuselhorn. Schottmalhorn
The Schottmalhorn is an edge summit of the Reiter Alm in the Berchtesgaden Alps, in Bavaria, Germany. It stands at an elevation of above sea level (NHN).
Despite its low prominence and isolation, the Schottmalhorn provides a surprisingly good panoramic view of the entire Reiter Alm and its peaks. Additionally, the view to the east includes the Hoher Göll, Großer Priel, and Dachstein, while to the southeast, the Watzmann and Hochkalter can be seen.
