Bertoldo
Bertoldo was a biweekly magazine of surreal humour that ran from 14 July 1936 to 10 September 1943 under Italian Fascism. The magazine was based in Milan. While the Becco Giallo magazine put out courageous political satire against the fascist regime, the reactionary authors of Bertoldo, like Marcello Marchesi, as well as ''Marc'Aurelio'', developed a kind of surreal humour that was accepted by the regime.

Lacerba
Lacerba was an Italian literary journal based in Florence closely associated with the Futurist movement. It published many Futurist manifestos by Filippo Marinetti, Antonio Sant'Elia, and others. The magazine was started as a fortnightly magazine on 1 January 1913. Its frequency was later changed to weekly. The paper had no official editor. Ardengo Soffici and Giovanni Papini were two of the principal contributors. Lacerba was one of the foremost avant-garde publications of early 20th-century Italy.
