Mažeikiai
Mažeikiai (; Samogitian: Mažeikē; ; ) is a city in northwestern Lithuania, on the Venta River. It has a population of around 32,000, making it the eighth largest city in Lithuania and eighteenth largest city in the Baltic States. The city is the administrative center of Mažeikiai District Municipality in Telšiai County. It is the largest city that does not have its own county.

Telšiai
Telšiai (; Samogitian: Telšē) is a city in Lithuania with about 21,499 inhabitants. It is the capital of Telšiai County and Samogitia region, and it is located on the shores of Lake Mastis.

Plungė
Plungė (; Samogitian: Plongė; ) is a city in Lithuania with 17,252 inhabitants. Plunge is the capital of the Plungė District Municipality which has 33,251 inhabitants (2022). Two parts of the city are separated by the Babrungas River and two bridges are built over it.

Viekšniai ( Samogitian: Vėikšnē, Vekshne, ) is a town in the Mažeikiai district municipality, Lithuania. It is located south-east of Mažeikiai. The etymology of the town's name probably comes from a former lake near Viekšniai.

Rietavas (; Samogitian: Rėitavs; ) is a town in Lithuania on the Jūra River. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 3,979. It is the capital of Rietavas municipality.

Varniai
Varniai (; Samogitian: Varnē) is a city in the Telšiai County, western Lithuania. In the Middle Ages the city was known as Medininkai (Samogitian: Medėninkā).
