operating system shell
System software, that provides interfaces and exposes an operating system's services to a human user or other program

functional, symbolic programming language for operating on multidimensional arrays

Command Prompt
', also known as Command Prompt or Windows Command Processor, is a shell program on later versions of Windows (NT and CE families), OS/2, eComStation, ArcaOS, and ReactOS. In some versions of Windows (CE .NET 4.2, CE 5.0 and Embedded CE 6.0) it is referred to as the Command Processor Shell'. Implementation differs between operating systems, but with significant consistency of behavior and available commands.
REXX
Rexx (restructured extended executor) is a high-level programming language developed at IBM by Mike Cowlishaw. Both proprietary and open source Rexx interpreters exist for a wide range of computing platforms, and compilers exist for IBM mainframe computers. Rexx is used for scripting, application macros and application development. As a general purpose scripting language, Rexx is considered a precursor to Tcl and Python.
BusyBox
BusyBox is an implementation of many Unix commands in a single executable file. It runs in many POSIX environments including Linux, Android, and FreeBSD, although many of the tools it provides are designed to work with interfaces provided by the Linux kernel. It was specifically created for embedded operating systems with very limited resources. The authors dubbed it "The Swiss Army knife of Embedded Linux", as the single executable replaces basic functions of more than 300 common commands. It is released as free software under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2, after controversia

IPython
IPython (Interactive Python) is a command shell for interactive computing in multiple programming languages, originally developed for the Python programming language, that offers introspection, rich media, shell syntax, tab completion, and history. IPython provides the following features:
ISPF
In computing, Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF) is a software product for many historic IBM mainframe operating systems and currently the z/OS and z/VM operating systems that run on IBM mainframes. It includes a screen editor, the user interface of which was emulated by some microcomputer editors sold commercially starting in the late 1980s, including SPF/PC.
DIGITAL Command Language
command language adopted by several operating systems (OSs)
CLIST
CLIST (Command List; pronounced "C-List") is a procedural programming language for Time Sharing Option (TSO) in SVS and MVS systems. It originated in OS/360 Release 20 and has assumed a secondary role since the availability of Rexx in TSO/E Version 2. In its basic form, a CLIST program is a list of commands to be executed in strict sequence (like a DOS batch file (*.bat) file). OS/VS2 R3.6 (MVS) added If-Then-Else logic and loop constructs to CLIST. The term CLIST is also used for command lists written by users of NetView.
