oBike was a Singapore-registered stationless bicycle-sharing system started by businessmen Yi Shi and Edward Chen with operations in several countries. The bikes have a built-in Bluetooth lock and can therefore be left anywhere at the end of a journey, not just at a docking station. Users use a smartphone app to locate and rent bikes. It launched in Singapore in February 2017, and ceased operation on 25 June 2018 in Singapore. Subsequently, the parent company filed for insolvency in its home market. The effect on operations outside of Singapore is unknown.

Valenbisi is the name of a bicycle sharing system in Valencia inaugurated on June 21, 2010. It is similar to the Vélo'v service in Lyon or Vélib' in Paris, and using the same bicycles and stations as used in Dublin, Vienna, and Brussels. Divvy is the bicycle sharing system in the Chicago metropolitan area, currently serving the cities of Chicago and Evanston. The system is owned by the Chicago Department of Transportation and has been operated by Lyft since 2019. As of May 2023, Divvy was the largest bicycle sharing system by area in North America with a service area of 234 square miles. In August 2024, the 1,000th Divvy station opened as part of a citywide expansion of 400 new stations. As of November 2025, there were 1,136 Divvy stations throughout Chicago and Evanston.

OV-fiets
OV-fiets is a nationwide bike-sharing program in the Netherlands. The system has 22,000 bikes in 282 locations mainly train stations, all over the country. A membership is required and requires the use of an OV-chipkaart. The program, which started on a small scale in 2003, has enjoyed a steadily increasing popularity with over 5.9 million rides registered in 2024.

Vélopop' is a bike-sharing scheme in Avignon, France, launched in July 10, 2009, engineered by Smoove. This community bicycle program comprises 200 bicycles and 17 stations for short term renting. The bicycles are secured by a special fork in easy to install bicycle stands with mechanical keys distributed by automatic dispensers.
