Psachna () is a town in Euboea, central Greece, 16 km north of Chalcis. It is built in a small plain in the central-west part of the island. Psachna is the seat of Dirfys-Messapia municipality and the seat of Messapia municipal unit. The town is also known for the Psachna campus of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the football team Iraklis Psachna. Its population is 5,827 residents according to 2011 census.

The municipal unit has an area of 344.16 km2. Population 3,886 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Steni.
