Dalek
The Daleks (, ) are a fictional extraterrestrial race who appear in the British science fiction television programme Doctor Who. They first appeared in the 1963 Doctor Who serial The Daleks. The Daleks are a highly xenophobic militant race who seek to destroy all non-Dalek life in the universe. They serve as the archenemies of the series' protagonist, the Doctor, who often comes into conflict with the Daleks throughout the show.
Cyberman
The Cybermen are a fictional race of cyborgs principally portrayed in the British science fiction television programme Doctor Who. The Cybermen are a species of space-faring cyborgs who often forcefully and painfully convert human beings (or other similar species) into more Cybermen in order to populate their ranks while also removing their emotions and personalities. They were conceived by writer Kit Pedler (who was also the unofficial scientific advisor to the series) and story editor Gerry Davis, and first appeared in the 1966 Doctor Who serial The Tenth Planet.

Sontaran
The Sontarans ( ) are an alien species that appear in the British science fiction television programme Doctor Who and its spin-off series The Sarah Jane Adventures. In-universe, they are a clone race bred to fight a never-ending war against a species known as the Rutans. They first appeared in the 1973 serial The Time Warrior, where a Sontaran uses time travel technology to try and return to his home planet. The Sontarans have gone on to be recurring antagonists within the series. A Sontaran named Strax serves as a supporting character and as a member of the Paternoster Gang.
Nardole
Nardole is a fictional character created by Steven Moffat and portrayed by Matt Lucas in the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. He is a companion of the Twelfth Doctor, an incarnation of the alien time traveller known as The Doctor, played by Peter Capaldi. In-universe, Nardole is a humanoid extraterrestrial being who serves as an employee to the Doctor's wife, River Song. He is killed by an alien and ends up as part of a cyborg body, but has his body rebuilt by the Twelfth Doctor. He becomes a full-time companion following the episode "The Return of Doctor Myst
Ood
The Ood are an alien species from the long-running science fiction series Doctor Who. In the series' narrative, they are a peaceful race who have been enslaved by humans in the far future. The Ood are a telepathic species; however, humans—particularly the company Ood Operations—inhibited their telepathic communications, essentially lobotomising the Ood. During the course of the series, the Doctor encounters the Ood and later helps to free them from slavery.

Zygon
The Zygons are an extraterrestrial race in the long-running British science fiction television programme Doctor Who. The Zygons have shape-shifting abilities, allowing them to replicate the appearance of another being. They first appear in 1975's Terror of the Zygons, where they attempt to invade the planet alongside their Skarasen creature, which they need to survive and has, in the serial's setting, been mistaken for the Loch Ness Monster. Adric
Adric is a fictional character played by Matthew Waterhouse in the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who. He was a young native of the planet Alzarius, which exists in the parallel universe of E-Space. A companion of the Fourth and Fifth Doctors, he was a regular in the programme from 1980 to 1982 and appeared in 11 stories (40 episodes). The name Adric is an anagram derived from the last name of the physicist Paul Dirac.
