Farkadona Municipality
Farkadona (, ; before 1955: Τσιότι, , ) is a municipality in the southeastern Trikala regional unit, part of Thessaly in Greece. It is located about halfway between the cities Larissa to the east, and Trikala to the west, at about 30 km from both. It is situated in the Thessalian Plain, near the river Pineios. Farkadona is on the Greek National Road 6 (Larissa - Trikala - Ioannina - Igoumenitsa).

Grizano

Grizano () is a village in the Trikala regional unit, Greece, part of the Farkadona municipality. In 2021 its population was 1,192. Grizano is located on the edge of the Thessalian Plain, north of Farkadona town, and east of the city of Trikala. With most of Thessaly, it joined Greece in 1881.
Zarko
Zarko (Greek: Ζάρκο, also: Zarkos) is a village in the Farkadona municipality, Trikala regional unit, Greece. Zarko had a population of 957 in 2021. Zarko is located on the edge of the Thessalian Plain, 5 km east of Farkadona proper, and 25 km west of Larissa.

Pelinnaioi municipality
Pelinnaioi () is a former municipality in the Trikala regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Farkadona, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 63.270 km2. Population 2,170 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Taxiarches. The name derived from the inhabitants of the ancient city of Pelinnae, the ruins of which are located nearby.
