Chandramukhi () is a 2005 Indian Tamil-language psychological comedy horror film written and directed by P. Vasu. It is a remake of Vasu's Kannada film Apthamitra (2004) which itself was based on the Malayalam film Manichitrathazhu (1993). The film stars Rajinikanth, Prabhu and Jyothika along with an ensemble supporting cast, including Vadivelu, Nayanthara, Nassar and Sheela. It revolves around a woman who has dissociative identity disorder that affects a family, and a psychiatrist who intends to solve the case while risking his life.

Kuselan is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language dramedy film directed by P. Vasu. An official remake of the Malayalam film Katha Parayumpol (2007), it was produced by Pushpa Kandaswamy, Aswani Dutt and G. P. Vijayakumar in two languages. Kuselan stars Rajinikanth in an extended guest appearance with Pasupathy and Meena. It also stars Vadivelu and Livingston in supporting roles. The film was simultaneously made in Telugu as Kathanayakudu. Meena reprised her role from Katha Parayumpol in both Kuselan and Kathanayakudu.

Asathal () is a 2001 Indian Tamil-language comedy film written and directed by P. Vasu. The film stars Sathyaraj and Ramya Krishnan. Produced by Mala Cine Creations and featuring music composed by Bharadwaj, the film was released on 18 May 2001. It is a remake of the 1990 Malayalam film Thoovalsparsham which was earlier remade in Tamil as Thayamma.

Aaptharakshaka () is a 2010 Indian Kannada-language horror film directed by P. Vasu and written by V. R. Bhaskar. The film stars Vishnuvardhan in his 200th Kannada cinema and posthumous film, along with an ensemble cast including Vimala Raman, Sandhya, Bhavana Ramanna, Avinash, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, and Komal Kumar. The film is a sequel to the 2004 Kannada blockbuster film Apthamitra.
