Portofino
Portofino (; ) is a comune located in the Metropolitan City of Genoa on the Italian Riviera. The town is clustered around its small harbour, and is known for the colourfully painted buildings that line the shore. Since the late 19th century, Portofino has attracted tourism of the European aristocracy and it is now a resort for the world's jet set.
Capernaum
Capernaum ( ; ; ) was a fishing village established during the time of the Hasmoneans, located on the northern shore of the Sea of Galilee. It had a population of about 1,500 in the 1st century AD. Archaeological excavations have revealed two ancient synagogues built one over the other. A house turned into a church during the Byzantine period is held by Christian tradition to have been the home of Saint Peter.

Vernazza
Vernazza (, locally ; ) is a town and located in the province of La Spezia, Liguria, northwestern Italy. It is one of the five towns that make up the Cinque Terre region. Vernazza is the fourth town heading north, has no car traffic, and remains one of the truest "fishing villages" on the Italian Riviera. It is the only natural port of Cinque Terre and is famous for its elegant houses.

Mutriku
Mutriku () is a coastal town located in the province of Gipuzkoa in the Autonomous Community of Basque Country in northern Spain. It has a population of around 5000 and provides access to the Bay of Biscay. It is the site of the world's first multi-turbine breakwater wave power station, opened July 8, 2011. The Church of San Andrés can be found here, being one of the oldest churches in Gipuzkoa, dating to the year 1080.

Taghazout (Berber: ⵜⴰⵖⴰⵣⵓⵜ, Taɣazut; Arabic: تغازوت) is a small Berber fishing village north of the city of Agadir in southwestern Morocco. The inhabitants are mostly of Berber origin. Fishing, tourism, and the production of Argan oil being the main source of income. In recent years, tourism has been increasing in importance to the local economy and it is a popular surfing destination.

Thyborøn is a fishing village in Jutland, Denmark, with a population of 1,740 (1 January 2025), mainly known for being the site of numerous shipwrecks, such as that of the Imperial Russian naval vessel Alexander Nevsky.
Zoutkamp
Zoutkamp (; ) is a village in the municipality Het Hogeland which is part of the province Groningen in the Netherlands. The village started as a sconce. During the Dutch Revolt, it was the site of the Battle of Zoutkamp. Later it became a fishing village. The harbour was moved to Lauwersoog in 1969 as a result of the closure of the Lauwersmeer, and is nowadays used for recreational purposes. The economy of the village mainly depends on fishing.

Smygehuk is a harbour and fishing village at Smygehamn in Skåne, Sweden. It is most known for being the southernmost point of Sweden, and the entire Scandinavian Peninsula (55° 20' N). To the west of the harbour are Smygehuk Lighthouse and Smygehuk Hostel.

Cojímar is a historic fishing village located in the municipality of Havana del Este, Cuba. Situated on the northern coast of the island, approximately 7 kilometers east of Havana, Cojímar is known for its cultural significance, history, and natural environment. The town was the residence of the American author Ernest Hemingway, who lived there for a time and kept his fishing boat, the Pilar, in the town. Cojímar's historical roots date back to Cuba's colonial period, and has played an important role in the maritime and cultural history of Havana.
