Igoumenitsa () is a coastal town in northwestern Greece. It is the capital of the regional unit of Thesprotia.
Parga
Parga (, , ) is a town and municipality located in the northwestern part of the regional unit of Preveza in Epirus, northwestern Greece. The seat of the municipality is the village Kanallaki. Parga lies on the Ionian coast between the cities of Preveza and Igoumenitsa. It is a resort town known for its natural environment.

Filiates (; ) is a town and a municipality in Thesprotia, Greece. It is located in the northernmost part of the regional unit, bordering western Ioannina regional unit and southern Albania.
Paramythia
Paramythia () is a town and a former municipality in Thesprotia, Epirus, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Souli, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 342.197 km2. The town's population is 2,608 as of the 2021 census.
Syvota
Syvota (, , before 1927: Βώλια - Volia, 1927-1940: Μούρτος - Mourtos) is a village and a former municipality in Thesprotia, Epirus, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Igoumenitsa, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 72.439 km2. The population in 2021 was 1,089 for the village, and 2,693 for the municipal unit. The municipal unit has four main settlements: Syvota, Argyrotopos, Faskomilia, and Plataria. Filippiada () is a small town and a former municipality in the Preveza regional unit, Epirus, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Ziros, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of . It has a population of 8,325 (2021 census).
Sagiada
Sagiada () is a village and a former municipality in Thesprotia, Epirus, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Filiates, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 87.803 km2. In 2021 its population was 515 for the village and 1,580 for the municipal unit. The seat of the municipality was in Asprokklisi.
Margariti
Margariti () is a village and a former municipality in Thesprotia, Epirus, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Igoumenitsa, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 149.223 km2. Population 1,931 (2021).
Parapotamos
Parapotamos (, before 1928: Βάρφανη - Varfani) is a village and a former municipality in Thesprotia, Epirus, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Igoumenitsa, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 60.334 km2. Population 969 (2021). The village of Parapotamos, the former municipality's seat, was home to Cham Albanians, before 1944, when they were expelled for collaborating with Nazi forces.

Katavothra (, ) is a village in Thesprotia, Epirus, Greece.
Karvounari
Karvounari () is a village and a community in the municipal unit of Paramythia in Thesprotia, Greece. Its population in 2021 was 437. It is situated at about 140 m elevation. It is 5 km northeast of Margariti, 8 km southwest of Paramythia and 22 km southeast of Igoumenitsa.
