Free-to-air (FTA) services are television (TV) and radio services broadcast in unencrypted form, allowing any person with the appropriate receiving equipment to receive the signal and view or listen to the content without requiring a subscription, other ongoing cost, or one-off fee (e.g., pay-per-view). In the traditional sense, this is carried on terrestrial radio signals and received with an antenna.

Telepace is an Italy-based broadcasting network that carries Roman Catholic-themed programming. Established in 1979, the network also includes programming from Centro Televisivo Vaticano. Its headquarters are in Cerna, a frazione of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo, Italy, with branches in Trento, Agrigento, Lodi, Fátima, and Jerusalem.

Wanasah () is a free-to-air Saudi Arabian music and variety television channel. It is operated by the MBC Group and owned by the Saudi singer Rashed Al-Majed. The channel broadcasts in the Arabic language and is available across the Middle East and North Africa and the Horn of Africa via the Badr-4 and Nilesat 102 satellites. Launched on 3 July 2007 with a live broadcast concert, Wanasah primarily targets young audiences.
