Falkenbach
Falkenbach (, "Falconbrook") is a German viking/pagan metal project. The one permanent member is Vratyas Vakyas (real name Markus Tümmers) who was born in Germany, but lived in Iceland in the late 1980s. Falkenbach is one of the first viking metal bands, starting in 1989, with its first release that same year.

Finsterforst
Finsterforst is a German folk metal band from Schwarzwald, Baden-Württemberg, whose lyrical themes deal with nature, German myths, and fantasy worlds. Formed in 2004, the group has released five studio albums, one extended play and one compilation album. Finsterforst means "dark forest" and it is a reference to "Schwarzwald" ("black forest"), a wooded mountain range in the band's home state.

Wolfchant
Wolfchant is a metal band formed in Sankt Oswald, Germany, in August 2003 by Lokhi (Mario Lokhi Möginger), Gaahnt, Skaahl (Mario Liebl), and Norgahad. Wolfchant's lyrics deal with legends and folk tales from Nordic mythology. In August 2005 they signed a contract with CCP Records, managed by Caleb Murrell-Smith. With the first full-length album Bloody Tales of Disgraced Lands (2005) the band gained supra-regional respect.

Helrunar is a German pagan metal band from Münster, founded in 2001. They played at the Summer Breeze Open Air in August 2007, and at the pagan metal Ragnarök Festival in 2008.
