Eivindvik
Eivindvik is the administrative centre of Gulen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located on the mainland, along the north shore of the Gulafjorden. It is also located about south of the village of Dingja (and the lake Dingevatnet), about northwest of the village of Dalsøyra, and about northeast of the village of Byrknes.
Byrknes
Byrknes is a fishing village in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. It is located on the western shore of the island of Byrknesøyna. It is about southwest of the municipal center of Eivindvik, about west of the village of Dalsøyra, and about northwest of the Mongstad industrial area which is located on the border of the neighboring Alver Municipality and Austrheim Municipality to the south. The Sognesjøen strait is located to the northwest of the village.

Dingevatnet
Dingevatnet is the 18th deepest lake in Norway, reaching a maximum depth of . It is located in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county. The lake is located just east of the village of Dingja, about southeast of the mouth of the Sognefjorden. The lake lies about north of the municipal center of Eivindvik. The lake flows out into the small Dingjaelva river, which runs past the village of Dingja before emptying into the Sognesjøen strait.

Fensfjorden
Fensfjorden is a fjord in Vestland county, Norway. The long fjord begins in the North Sea at Holmengrå Lighthouse and flows to the southeast through the municipalities of Austrheim, Gulen, Alver, and Masfjorden. The fjord ends on the Masfjorden-Alver border where it splits into two fjords: Masfjorden (which flows to the northeast into Masfjorden Municipality) and Austfjorden (which flows southeast into Alver Municipality).
Dalsøyra
Dalsøyra is a village in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located on the western coast of the mainland, along the Eidsfjorden, an arm of the Gulafjorden, about southeast of the municipal center of Eivindvik. The population of Dalsøyra (2001) was 213. Dalsøyra is an old fishing village, and today there is a school and a shop in the village.

Hiserøyna
Hisarøyna is an island in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The island lies about west of the mainland, and about west of the village of Eivindvik, the municipal centre of Gulen Municipality. The island is located south of the Sognesjøen and north of the Gulafjorden. In 2001, there were 43 residents living on the island.

Dingja
Dingja is a small village in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county in Western Norway. The village is located along the Sognesjøen, near the mouth of the Sognefjorden, about north of the municipal center of Eivindvik. The lake Dingevatnet lies directly to the east of the village, and the island of Hiserøyna lies just offshore to the southwest.
Sandøyna
Sandøyna is the largest island in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The island lies just west of the mainland in a large archipelago of islands that sit north of the Fensfjorden, southeast of the Sognesjøen, and south of the Gulafjorden. Sandøyna is the largest island in Gulen Municipality. The islands of Mjømna and Byrknesøyna lie just west of Sandøyna. These three islands are connected to the mainland by a series of bridges. Gulafjorden is a fjord in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The historic Gulating assemblies in medieval Norway took place in this area. Today, there are several salmon fish farms in the fjord.
Byrknesøyna
Byrknesøyna is an island in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The island lies between the Sognesjøen and the Fensfjorden, just west of the island of Mjømna. It is located about straight southwest of the municipal centre of Eivindvik and about north of the city of Bergen.

Sognesjøen
Sognesjøen is a strait in Vestland county, Norway. The strait is the outermost part of the large Sognefjorden. It runs along the border between Solund Municipality and Gulen Municipality. The long strait begins around the village of Rutledal on the mainland of Gulen at the mouth of the Sognefjorden. The strait then flows in a southwesterly direction into the North Sea, just north of the islands of Fedje Municipality. The Sognesjøen is surrounded by many large and small islands. The islands of Sula, Steinsundøyna, Ytre Sula lie along the northern side of the strait. The mainland and the islands
Rutledal
Rutledal is a village in Gulen Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located at the mouth of the Sognefjorden, on the south side on the mainland. Rutledal has a ferry quay that has regular connections to the islands of Solund Municipality to the northwest and to Hyllestad Municipality on the mainland across the fjord to the north. Rutledal is located about to the northwest of the village of Brekke and about to the north of the municipal centre of Eivindvik.
