Ternitz
Ternitz is a town and municipality (14,823 inhabitants end 2014) in the district of Neunkirchen in the Austrian state of Lower Austria, situated at the confluence of the Sierning stream and the River Schwarza, at the western end of the Steinfeld plain. It is divided in the following parts, called Katastralgemeinden: Dunkelstein, Flatz, Holzweg, Mahrersdorf, Pottschach, Putzmannsdorf, Raglitz, Rohrbach am Steinfelde, St. Johann am Steinfelde and Sieding.

Reisalpe

It is a popular destination, both for hikers in summer and also for ski mountaineering and snowshoe walks in winter, and is classed as relatively safe from avalanches.

Muckenkogel is a part of the Gutensteiner Alps in the Austrian province of Lower Austria. Rising 4095 feet above sea level (1248 meters), the mountain is one of several close to the historic city of Lilienfeld. Muckenkogel is accessible by many well-marked paths as well as a single-seater chair lift. The chair lift is one of only 109 operating single chair lifts in the world and one of seven operating in Austria.
