Hemsedal Municipality
Hemsedal is a municipality in Buskerud county, Norway. It is part of the traditional region of Hallingdal. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Trøym. Hemsedal lies on the Norwegian National Road 52 (Rv 52). Hemsedal Municipality is located northwest of Oslo and from Bergen. In 1897, Hemsedal was separated from Gol Municipality to become a municipality of its own.

Vavatn
Vavatn is a lake in the municipality of Hemsedal in Buskerud county, Norway. It is a water source for Gjuva kraftverk, a hydro-electric power plant, which utilizes the waterfall from the lake into the Gjuva river as it enters the valley of Grøndalen. The power station was put into operation in 1957 but was rehabilitated in 1995. The owner-operator is E- CO Energi.

Juklevatnet is a lake in Hemsedal Municipality (in Buskerud county) and Lærdal Municipality (in Vestland county), Norway. It is located east of Borgund in Lærdal Municipality, just to the south of the mountain Høgeloft in the Filefjell range. The lake sits at an elevation of above sea level. It is located northeast of the lake Eldrevatnet and northeast of the lake Øljusjøane.

It sits about southeast of the village of Borgund and the European route E16 highway. The lake Eldrevatnet is to the north. The lake Juklevatnet and the mountain Høgeloft are both about to the northeast.

The tall mountain is located in the Filefjell mountain area, about southeast of the village of Vang i Valdres. The mountain is surrounded by several other notable mountains including Ørnenøse and Øyre to the northwest; Grindane, Rankonøse, and Klanten to the northeast; and Ranastongi and Blåkampen to the southeast.

Haukefjellet is a mountain in southern Norway. It is located on the border of Lærdal Municipality in Vestland county and Hemsedal Municipality in Buskerud county. The tall mountain is located about east of the village of Borgund, about northwest of the village of Hemsedal, and about southwest of the village of Vang i Valdres. The mountain is surrounded by several other notable mountains including Høgeloft to the northwest and Vesle Jukleeggi to the south. The lake Juklevatnet lies right between Haukefjellet and Vesle Jukleeggi.
