Huanghuacheng () is a village in the town of Jiuduhe (), in the Huairou District of northern Beijing.

Liulimiao Town () is a town located in the center of Huairou District, Beijing. It is located at the foot of Yunmeng Mountain of the Yan Mountains. It borders Baoshan and Tanghekou Towns to the north, Shicheng Town to the east, Yanqi and Huaibei Towns to the south, as well as Sihai Town and Zhenzhuquan Township to the west. The population for this town was 4,312 as of 2020.

Jiuduhe Town () is a town on southwestern Huairou District, Beijing, China. It shares border with Yongning and Sihai Towns in its north, Bohai and Qiaozi Towns in its east, Yanshou Town in its south, and Dazhuangke Township in its west. It had a population of 12,533 in 2020.

Beifang Town () is a town located on the southeastern portion of Huairou District, Beijing, China. It shares border with Huaibei and Xitiangezhuang Towns to its north, Shilibao and Henanzhai Towns to its east, Mulin and Yangsong Towns to its south, and Huairou Town to its west. Its population was 33,712 as of 2020. Its name Beifang literally means "North House".

Labagoumen Manchu Ethnic Township () is an ethnic township in northern Huairou District, Beijing, China. It borders Yangmuzhazi and Tanghe Township to its northwest, Wudaoyingzi Manchu Ethnic Township to its east, Changshaoying Manchu Ethnic Township and Tanghekou Town to its south, and Baoshan Town to its southwest. The population of this ethnic township was 4,034 as of the 2020 census. The name Labagoumen () is referring to the place's geography at the foot of mountains, as the plain around Tang River widens southward like the opening of a trumpet.

Yangsong Town (), is a town on southeastern Huairou District, Beijing, China. It borders Beifang Town to its north, Mulin and Beixiaoying Towns to its southeast, as well as Niulanshan and Miaocheng Towns to its southwest. As of 2020, its total population was 31,270.

Tanghekou Town (), is a town in the northern side of Huairou District, Beijing, China. It shares border with Labagoumen and Changshaoying Manchu Ethnic Townships to the northeast, Shicheng and Liulimiao Towns to the south, and Baoshan Town to the southwest. In 2020 it had a total population of 5,445. Its name Tanghekou literally means "North House".
