Musikhjälpen (; ) is a Swedish televised benefit performance radio show marathon. The annually recurring show is a charity fundraiser for a chosen cause, the cause is changed each year. Three radio hosts or television personalities are locked inside a glass building (called glasburen, ) for 144 hours (6 days, 24 hours per day).
