Imidazoquinazolines

Anagrelide (Agrylin/Xagrid, Shire and Thromboreductin, AOP Orphan Pharmaceuticals AG) is a drug used for the treatment of essential thrombocytosis (also known as essential thrombocythemia), or overproduction of blood platelets. It has also been used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia.

Quazinone (Dozonone) is a cardiotonic and vasodilator drug which was developed and marketed in the 1980s for the treatment of heart disease. It acts as a selective PDE3 inhibitor. It is no longer available.

Taniplon is a nonbenzodiazepine anxiolytic drug from the imidazoquinazoline family of drugs.
