Istiaia (, , before 1913: Ξηροχώρι - Xirochori) is a town and a former municipality in Euboea, Greece. It was named after the ancient town Histiaea, which was mentioned by the ancient Greek poet Homer. Since the 2011 local government reform, it has been part of the municipality Istiaia-Aidipsos, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 181.299 km2.

Oreoi () is a village and a former municipality in Euboea, Greece. It was named after the ancient town of Oreus. Since the 2011 local government reform, it is part of the municipality Istiaia-Aidipsos, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 49.913 km2 and population of 2,827 (2021). It is situated on the northwest coast of the island Euboea, by the Oreoi Strait that connects the Aegean Sea with the North Euboean Gulf. The small port Agiokampos, 5 km west of Oreoi, is served by ferries to Glyfa on the mainland.

Lichada (, Licháda) is a village in Euboea, in central Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Istiaia-Aidipsos, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 39.891 km2. The community includes the villages Agios Georgios, Vasilina, Gregolimano, Kavos, Kokkinias and the uninhabited islands Monolia and Strongyli. Lichada is located at the western tip of Euboea. It is 10 km north of Agios Konstantinos, 16 km west of Aidipsos, 37 km east of Lamia and 75 km northwest of Chalcis. Artemisio () is a village and a former municipality in Euboea, in central Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it has been part of the municipality Istiaia-Aidipsos, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 122.640 km2. The population was 3,410, as of 2021.
