, formerly , is a Japanese idol girl group from the musical collective Hello! Project, which originally consisted of four former Hello! Pro Egg (Hello! Project trainees) members that left Egg in 2010 and became full-time members of Hello! Project. In 2010, they won the Japan Record Award for Best New Artist. In 2011, five new girls were added to the group as part of the second generation, with two being former Egg members and three new girls. In 2014, three new members joined the group as third generation members.

They were formed through the reality/survival program &Audition – The Howling as their label's first group. &Team released their debut single "Under the Skin" on November 21, 2022, and officially debuted with their first extended play First Howling: Me on December 7, 2022.

The band is composed of ten members: Issei Mamehara, Ren Kawashiri, Takumi Kawanishi, Shosei Ohira, Ruki Shiroiwa, Keigo Sato, Syoya Kimata, Junki Kono, Sukai Kinjo, and Sho Yonashiro. Former member Shion Tsurubo left the band in 2025. The group is the first permanent Produce 101 winning group.

The group is composed of seven members: Momona Kasahara, Rinon Murakami, Ayane Takami, Miu Sakurai, Suzu Yamamoto, Keiko Shimizu and Tsuzumi Ebihara. Originally an eleven piece, Cocoro Kato, Kokona Sasaki, Shizuku Iida and Ran Ishii left the group on December 31 2025. Debuted with the single Mirai on April 17, 2024, the group is managed by Lapone Girls, a subsidiary of Lapone Entertainment.
