Kilkis
Kilkis (; Bulgarian and Macedonian: Кукуш) is a city in Central Macedonia, Greece. As of 2021, there were 24,130 people living in the city proper, 27,493 people living in the municipal unit, and 45,308 in the municipality of Kilkis. It is also the capital city of the regional unit of Kilkis.

Doirani () is a town and former municipality in the Kilkis regional unit, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Kilkis, of which it is a municipal unit. It is situated on the shores of Doiran Lake, which marks the border between Greece and North Macedonia. The municipal unit has an area of 81.213 km2 (31.4 sq mi). It had a population of 1,022 according to the 2021 census. Mouries
Mouries () is a village and a former municipality in the Kilkis regional unit, northern Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Kilkis, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 138.660 km2. Population 1,846 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Stathmos Mourion (Mouries Station). During the Macedonian Struggle, the inhabitants of the Mouries area fought hard against the Bulgarian enemy. Stavros Pallas, a Greek Macedonian fighter from Mouries, was one of the great fighters in the area.

Kampanis (, Karadja Kadar) is a village south of the city of Kilkis in the Kilkis regional unit, Greece. It is part of the municipal unit Gallikos. The community Kampanis (pop. 999 in 2021) consists of the villages Kampanis and Mylos. Kampanis was named after a Greek army officer who died in the area during the Macedonian War of 1913–14.

Vaptistis ( "Baptist") is a village and a community in the municipality of Kilkis, Kilkis regional unit of Greece. In 2021 its population was 318 for the community, which includes the village Kyriakaiika. It is situated 9 km west of Kilkis, 17 km east of Polykastro and 42 km north of Thessaloniki. The village has a primary school, a high school, a stadium and three churches. The protector saint is St. John the Baptist, and the village is named after him. There are an athletic club "A.C. Doxa Vaptisti" and a cultural one "Politistikos Syllogos Vaptisti".
