Cherkesogai (), or Circassian Armenians ( ''cherk'ezahayer; Circassian: Адыгэ-ермэлы, Adyge-ermely''; ); sometimes referred to as Ermeli (Circassian: Ермэлы), Mountainous Armenians () or Transkuban Armenians (), are ethnic Armenians who have inhabited Russia's Krasnodar Krai and Republic of Adyghea since the end of the 15th century and spoke the Adyghe language (currently, most of them speak Russian as their first language), in contrast to other Armenians living in the region. Dzhankhot is a khutor in Krasnodar Krai, Russia. It is part of the Divnomorskoye rural district, the municipal formation of the resort town of Gelendzhik.

Ubykhia (Ubykh: ТIуахъы; ; ; ) was one of the historical regions of Circassia. It was inhabited by the Ubykh people, a Circassian tribe. It was a region located around Sochi. Ubykhia was ruled by the Berzeg and Dishan clans and elected elders, and was the last region to fall under Russian control during the Russo-Circassian War.

The Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok" () is a federal state all-year camp for kids aged 11–16 (school grades 6 through 10). It is located in the Southern Federal District of Russia, on the eastern shore of the Black Sea, Krasnodar Krai, 45 kilometers north-west from Tuapse. Orlyonok is officially registered as the Federal State Education Organization.
