Jandairis
Jindires (; or ) is a town in northern Syria in the Afrin District of the Aleppo Governorate. It is located on the Afrin River, northwest by road from Aleppo and southwest of Afrin. Nearby localities include Deir Ballut and Bayadah to the southwest, Zahra to the northwest, Kafr Safra to the north, Afrin to the northeast and Burj Abdullah to the east. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Jindires had a population of 13,661 in the 2004 census. Qatma
Qaṭma (; Kurdish: Qitmê) also spelled Katma is a village in northwestern Syria, within the Afrin District (Aleppo Governorate). It lied within the de facto Afrin Canton of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria since January 2014, until it was captured by the Syrian National Army on March 7, 2018. Its located to the northeast of Afrin and west of Azaz. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Qaṭma had a population of 1,215 in the 2004 census.

Maabatli ( or Mobetan, or Mabata), is a town in northern Syria, administratively part of the Aleppo Governorate, located northwest of Aleppo in the center of Afrin District. Nearby localities include Afrin to the southeast, Rajo to the northwest and Jindires to the south. The town is also the administrative center of the Maabatli nahiyah of the Afrin District with a combined population of 11,741. The village is also known as Arshqibar (Arsha wa Qibar) as it absorbed the adjacent village of 'Arsha. It is located in the plain of Jouma (Guma) at an elevation of 360 meters above sea level. Nearby localities include Afrin city to the west and Maryamin to the west, while Aleppo is 40 kilometers to the northwest.

Fafertin
Fafertin (; ) is a village in northwestern Syria, located in the Jebel Sem'an region of the Dead Cities. The village was founded in the 4th century CE, and in 2011 it was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the Dead Cities. The only structure preserved in the village is the apse of its church, one of the oldest surviving churches in the world.
