Traunsee (, ) is a lake in the Salzkammergut, Upper Austria, Austria. Its surface is approximately 24.5 km2 and its maximum depth of 191 metres makes it the deepest and by volume largest lake located entirely within Austrian territory; only Lake Constance on the border is deeper and bigger. It is a popular tourist destination, and its attractions include Schloss Ort, a medieval castle.

Nussensee
Nussensee is a lake in Upper Austria. It is located at Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut. It has an area of approximately and a maximum depth of . The Nussensee is about long and up to wide. It is fed almost entirely by underground springs and is subject to fluctuations in level of several metres. This helps support rare plants such as the common water chestnut (Trapa natans) grow near the lake.

Ahornsee

Aquatic plants include Ranunculus confervoides, Chara contraria and Potamogeton natans. The western shore has amenities for hikers, including a hut and fire pits.
