Spinalonga
Spinalonga () is an island in the Gulf of Elounda, north-eastern Crete, in the municipality of Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, next to the town of Plaka in the area of Kalydon.
It is near the Spinalonga peninsula ("large Spinalonga") – which often causes confusion as the same name is used for both.

Dikti
Dikti or Dicte () (also Lasithiotika Ori; "Lasithian Mountains"; anciently, Aigaion oros () or ) is a mountain range on the east of the island of Crete in the regional unit of Lasithi. On the west it extends to the regional unit of Heraklion.
According to some versions of Greek mythology, Zeus was reared on this mountain in a cave called Dictaeon Antron (Psychro Cave).
On the north of the main massif, the Lasithi Plateau is located. The topology of the mountain range is rich with plateaus (Lasithi, Katharo, Omalos Viannou, Limnakaro), valleys and secondary peaks. Some important peaks are Spat

Dionysades
The Dionysades (, also Γιανυσάδες - Gianysades) is a small, northward-trending archipelago off the north coast of the island of Crete, mid-way between the Cape Sidero lighthouse to the southeast (from which they are about distant); and Sitia to the southwest (from which they are approximately distant). Although the island group is uninhabited, it administratively falls within the Sitia municipal unit of the Lasithi Region, Crete Regional Administration. The group includes the islands of Dragonada, Gianysada, Paximadaki, and Paximada.

Mochlos islet
Mochlos () is a small, uninhabited island in the Gulf of Mirabello in eastern Crete, and the archaeological site of an ancient Minoan settlement. There is evidence that Mochlos was not an island in Minoan times, but was attached to the mainland and acted as an eastern harbor.

Katharo is a plateau on the Dikti mountain on the island of Crete, in the regional unit of Lasithi. Administratively it belongs to the municipality of Agios Nikolaos, (municipal division of Kritsa). It is from Kritsa (asphalt road) and from Mesa Lasithi (rough mountain road). It is long, wide and at an average altitude of above sea level, ( higher than Lasithi Plateau). On the west of Katharo are the peaks of Spathi () and Lazaros (), and on the North East and East are the peaks of Tsivi () and Platia Koryfi (). Peristerovrachoi
Peristerovrachoi (), are uninhabited Greek islets/rocks, in the Aegean Sea, close to the eastern coast of Crete. Administratively they lie within the Itanos municipality of Lasithi.
Thrypti
Thrypti () is a mountain range in Lasithi in eastern Crete, Greece. It trends to the northeast from Ierapetra in the southwest in the direction of Sitia. However, it only goes half-way in that direction. The rest of the distance is completed by the distinct Ornon mountains, separated from the Thrypti by the Bebonas river valley, and the lower Western Siteia Foothills covering the space between the Ornon range and Sitia itself. The highest peak of Thrypti is Afentis, which is 1,476 m amsl. The three ranges constitute the West Sitia Mountains.

Kolokytha ( "pumpkin", also known as Κολοκυθιά, Kolokythia) is a Greek islet. It is part of municipality Agios Nikolaos of the regional unit Lasithi, eastern Crete. It is located approximately 850 meters east of the Spinalonga peninsula and forms a bay with it.

Daskaleia
Daskaleia (), is an uninhabited Greek islet, in the Aegean Sea, close to the northeastern coast of Crete. The small islet lies close to the island of Kyriamadi. Administratively it lies within the Itanos municipality of Lasithi.
Sideros
Sideros (), is the outermost of a chain of two island-like peninsulas forming, with Itanos promontory, Cape Sidero. They are all three the summits of submarine elevations connected by rocky surface cols on which a road has been constructed to Cape Sidero Lighthouse, the elevated facsimile chapel of Saint Isidore, and Port Joannis, a cove of (about 4 m). There are ruins of an ancient temple of Athena destroyed by a tsunami and facilities of the Kyriamadi Naval Station. Kyriamadi is the other island-like peninsula in the chain. Administratively the cape lies within the Itanos municipal unit

Kyriamadi
Kyriamadi or Kereamathi () has a double sense. Geographically it is the middle peninsula of Cape Sideros in the municipality of Sitia, in the northeast of Crete. Small land bridges connect it on the one hand to the Itanos promontory of mainland Crete to the southwest, and on the other hand the outermost peninsula Sideros to the northeast. In the Sea of Crete, just offshore to the west, are two small insular structures known as the Kyriamadi "islands" (which are hydrologically smaller than professionally defined islands and likely derive their name from the peninsula).

Kymo (), also called Koumeli (), is a Greek islet, in the Libyan Sea, close to the eastern coast of Crete. Administratively it lies within the Lefki municipality of Lasithi.
Avgo
Avgo (, "egg"), is an uninhabited Greek islet, in the Aegean Sea, north of the eastern coast of Crete. Administratively it lies within the Neapoli municipality of Lasithi. The islet has also been the target of naval bombardment drills, notably by the American battleship USS Iowa (BB-61) in the 1980s.
