Preikestolen
Preikestolen or Prekestolen () is a tourist attraction in Strand Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. Preikestolen is a steep cliff which rises above Lysefjorden. Atop the cliff, there is an almost flat top of approximately . Preikestolen is located near the western part of the fjord, and on its north side.
Kjerag
Kjerag is a mountain in the Sandnes municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The tall mountain sits on the southern shore of Lysefjorden, just southwest of the village of Lysebotn. Its northern side is a massive cliff, plunging almost straight down to the fjord; a sight which attracts many visitors each year. Another tourist attraction, the Kjeragbolten, is a stone wedged between two rocks is located on the mountain. The Kjeragfossen waterfall plunges off the mountain down to the fjord. t is one of the tallest waterfalls in the world.

The Haugaland, or the Haugesund Peninsula, is a peninsula and traditional district in the northwestern part of Rogaland county, Norway. The area lies between the Boknafjord to the south and the Bømlafjord, part of the outer Hardangerfjord, to the north.
Kjeragbolten
Kjeragbolten () is a boulder on the mountain Kjerag in the eastern part of Sandnes Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The rock itself is a glacial deposit wedged in a large crevice in the mountain. It is a popular tourist destination and is accessible without any climbing equipment. However, it is suspended above a deep abyss. It is also a popular site for BASE jumping. The boulder is just southwest of the village of Lysebotn, just south of the Lysefjorden.
Karmsundet
Karmsundet is a strait located in Rogaland county, Norway. The long strait separates the island of Karmøy on the west and the mainland of Norway and island of Vestre Bokn in the east. The strait runs through Haugesund Municipality, Karmøy Municipality, and Bokn Municipality. The town of Haugesund lies at the northern end of the strait and the town of Kopervik lies in the central part of the strait, and the town of Skudeneshavn lies near the southern end where the strait flows into the Boknafjorden. Ytraberg or Ytraberget is a small peninsula that sticks out into the Hafrsfjord in Sola Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. Ytraberget is connected to Indraberget and it is located, just north of the village of Sørnes, between two small bays: Sørnesvågen and Grannesvågen.
Svarthola
Svarthola or Vistehola is a cave and an archaeological site, located in Randaberg Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The deep cavern is located on the Viste farm, about northwest of the city of Stavanger, situated near the shore of the Visteviga bay, at the mouth of the Hafrsfjorden. The site has yielded numerous Neolithic artifacts that have been excavated and discovered in and around the cave.
