Larvik
Larvik () is a municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Vestfold. The administrative centre of the municipality is the city of Larvik. Other main population centres in the municipality include the town of Stavern and the villages of Gjone, Helgeroa, Hem, Kjose, Kvelde, Nevlunghavn, Skinmo, Svarstad, Ula, Verningen, and Tjøllingvollen.
Lardal
Lardal () is a former municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1838 until its dissolution in 2018. The area is now part of Larvik Municipality. The administrative centre was the village of Svarstad. The village of Steinsholt was also part of Lardal.
Numedalslågen
Numedalslågen is a river in Norway. It is considered to be the second longest river in Southern Norway. It is located in the Numedal valley which runs through the counties of Vestfold, Buskerud and Vestland. At long, it is one of the longest rivers in Norway.

Stavern
Stavern is a town in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The town is located at the mouth of the Larviksfjorden along the Skagerrak coast, about south of the town of Larvik. Historically, Stavern was a self-governing municipality from 1838 until 1988 when it became part of the large Larvik Municipality.

Kvelde is a village in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located along the banks of the river Numedalslågen. The town of Larvik is located about to the south, the village of Gjone lies about to the south, and the large lake Farris lies about to the southwest.
Verningen
Verningen is a village in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located along the European route E18 highway, about to the northeast of the town of Larvik. The village of Himberg (an exclave of Sandefjord Municipality) lies just northeast of Verningen.
Farris
Farris is a lake on the border of Telemark and Vestfold counties in Norway. The long freshwater moraine-dammed lake is located mostly in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold, but the northwestern part of the lake is located in Siljan Municipality and Porsgrunn Municipality in Telemark. The large town of Larvik is located at the southern end of the lake.

Helgeroa is a village in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located along the Helgerofjorden at the Skaggerak coast in southwestern Vestfold. It is located about to the north of the village of Nevlunghavn and about southwest of the town of Larvik.
Nevlunghavn
Nevlunghavn (sometimes also spelled Nevlunghamn) is a village in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located along the Skagerrak coast in the Brunlanes area of Larvik. It is located about to the south of the village of Helgeroa and about west of the town of Stavern.
Tjølling
Tjølling is a former municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1838 until its dissolution in 1988. The area is now part of Larvik Municipality. The administrative centre was the village of Tjøllingvollen. Other villages in Tjølling included Hem, Rekkevik, and Ula.
Larviksfjorden
Larviksfjorden is a fjord in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The long fjord is about wide at its mouth where it flows out into the Skaggerak. The fjord reaches a depth of below sea level. The rivers Numedalslågen and Farriselva both discharge into the fjord. The towns Stavern and Larvik both border to the fjord. The two lighthouses Stavernsodden and Svenner are located near the mouth of the fjord.

Istrehågan

It is home to some of the largest stone settings in the Nordic countries. Nearby Haugen farm in Sandefjord is home to Vestfold County's largest petroglyph site. The rock carvings at Haugen farm are Vestfold County's oldest ancient monument. It is an ancient burial ground which dates to the time of the Roman Iron Age around 500 - 600 AD. It is located two kilometers northwest of Hemskilen Nature Preserve in a forest known as Marumskogen.

The park is Norway's largest beach made up of rolling stones. It is a part of Vestfoldraet, the terrain left behind after the end of the most recent ice age around 10,000 years ago. Mølen is one of Larvik's most popular tourist attractions. It is home to over a hundred types of rock, including Norway's national stone, Larvikite, which is named from the area.
Arøya
Arøya is a group of three small islands in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. They are located in the outer part of the Langesundsfjorden approximately midway between the town of Langesund (in Bamble Municipality in Telemark) and the village of Helgeroa in Larvik. The three islands are named Store Arøya, Lille Arøya, and Vesle Arøya ('Big', 'Small' and 'Tiny' Arøya).
Fredriksvern

It is named after Fredrik V Denmark-Norway. The town of Stavern has in many ways come to be because of this naval base.

Brunlanes is a former municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1838 until its dissolution in 1988. The area is now the southwestern part of Larvik Municipality. The administrative centre was the village of Tanum. Other villages in Brunlanes include Kjose, Nevlunghavn, Vardåsen, and Helgeroa.
