The Basòdino is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps on the border between Italy and Switzerland. It is the second highest peak in the canton of Ticino, after the Rheinwaldhorn.

The Scopi is a 3,190-metre-high mountain in the Lepontine Alps, overlooking Lukmanier Pass on the border between the cantons of Ticino and Graubünden.

The Wasenhorn (German, ; ) is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps, located on the border between Switzerland and Italy. It lies halfway between Brig (Swiss canton of Valais) and Varzo (Italian region of Piedmont), just north of Monte Leone, in the Simplon Pass area. Politically the Wasenhorn is split between the municipalities of Ried-Brig and Varzo.

The Witenwasserenstock (3,082 m) is a peak between the Swiss cantons of Valais and Uri, located in the Lepontine Alps. Close to the summit lies the tripoint border between the cantons of Valais, Uri and Ticino and the triple watershed of the Rhine, Po and Rhône basins.

The Hübschhorn is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps, overlooking the Simplon Pass in the canton of Valais. It belongs to the Monte Leone massif. Its altitude is 3190m/10'460 ft.

The Ofenhorn (also known as ''Punta d'Arbola'') is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps on the Swiss-Italian border. It is located between the valleys of Binn and Formazza.

The Helsenhorn is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps, overlooking Binn in the Swiss canton of Valais. With a height of 3,272 metres above sea level, it is the highest summit of the Binntal. The border with Italy runs approximately 200 metres south-east of the summit and culminates at 3,247 metres.

The Güferhorn is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps, located between the valleys of Vals and Hinterrhein in Graubünden. At 3,379 metres above sea level it is the highest summit of the Lepontine Alps lying east of the Rheinwaldhorn. The northern side of the massif is covered by the Güfergletscher, a 2 kilometres long glacier. It lies above 2,600 metres on the east side of a ridge starting at the summit of the Güferhorn and separating the valleys of Länta and Canaltal, both converging at the Zervreilasee, south of Vals.

The Bortelhorn (also known as Punta del Rebbio) is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps on the Swiss-Italian border. On its west side it overlooks the Gantertal.

The Blinnenhorn (German) or Corno Cieco (Italian) is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps, located on the border between Italy and Switzerland. On the north-east side lies the Gries Glacier.

The Hillehorn (also spelled Hillenhorn) is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps, located between the Gantertal and the Binntal in the canton of Valais, close to the border with Italy. The main summit has an elevation of 3,181 meters, while the Italian border culminates on the secondary summit named Punta Mottiscia at 3,158 meters. Between the two peaks is the Hillejoch.

Alperschällihorn is a mountain of the Lepontine Alps, overlooking Splügen in the canton of Graubünden. The mountains is situated between the Safien valley (north) and the Hinterrhein valley (south).

The Sosto (2,220.6 m) is a mountain of the Swiss Lepontine Alps, overlooking Olivone in the canton of Ticino. It lies south of the lake of Luzzone and west of the Torrone di Nav.

The Leckihorn is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps, located on the border between the cantons of Valais and Uri. Its summit is also named Gross Leckihorn (3,068 metres) to distinguish it from a lower summit (3,023 metres) named Chli Leckihorn.

The Chüebodenhorn is a 3,070 metres high mountain in the Lepontine Alps, located on the border between the cantons of Valais and Ticino. It is situated south of Passo di Rotondo (2,754 metres), where a glacier named Ghiacciaio del Pizzo Rotondo lies at the foot of its north face. The south side (Ticino) overlooks the valley of Bedretto.

The Zapporthorn or Pizzo Zapport (3,152 m) is a mountain of the Swiss Lepontine Alps, overlooking San Bernardino Pass in Graubünden. Its summit is the tripoint between the valleys of Hinterrhein, Calanca and Mesolcina. The summit is located approximately two kilometres east from the Ticino border.

The Fanellhorn is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps of Graubünden, Switzerland, south of Vals.
