Stjørdalselva
Stjørdalselva () is a long river that reaches from near the Norwegian–Swedish border down the Stjørdalen valley through Meråker Municipality and Stjørdal Municipality before entering the Trondheimsfjord. The mouth is located on the south side of the town Stjørdalshalsen, just south of Trondheim Airport, Værnes. The village of Hell lies on the south side of the river's mouth. The mouth of the river was moved to allow the runway to expand into the delta.

The European route E14 highway and the Meråker Line railway follow the river through the length of the valley.

Feren is a lake in Meråker Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. A small part in the northwestern corner of the lake extends into the municipalities of Stjørdal, Levanger, and Verdal at the outlet into the river Forra. The lake lies about north of the municipal center of Midtbygda, about north of the lake Funnsjøen, and about north of the lake Fjergen.

Funnsjøen
Funnsjøen is a lake in Meråker Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The lake flows into the Funna river, a part of the Stjørdalselva river system. The lake has a hydropower dam at the southern end of the lake. There is about of water stored behind the dame in the lake.
Fongen
or is a mountain in Trøndelag county, Norway. The mountain sits along the tripoint border of Selbu Municipality, Tydal Municipality, and Meråker Municipality. The summit is located inside the Skarvan and Roltdalen National Park. The nearest villages are Mebonden in Selbu Municipality, about to the southwest, Ås in Tydal Municipality, about to the southeast, and the village of Midtbygda in Meråker Municipality. The closest Norwegian Trekking Association cabin is Ramsjøhytta, several kilometers to the east of the summit.

The village lies about east of the municipal center of Midtbygda, about north of the village of Stordalsvollen, and about west of the Swedish border. The Meråker Line railway runs through the village and stops at the Kopperå Station. The village sits near the confluence of the rivers Kåpperåa and Stjørdalselva, and it is about south of the lake Fjergen. The local Kopperå Chapel sits on the northwest edge of the village.

Rotla
Rotla is a long river in Trøndelag county, Norway. The river begins at Roltdalstjønna in Meråker Municipality, just north of the mountain Fongen. It then runs through west through the Skarvan and Roltdalen National Park. The river ends when it flows into the Nea River near Stokkan in Selbu Municipality. The Nea River then flows west for until reaching the lake Selbusjøen at the village of Mebonden. The river Rotla is part of the Nea-Nidelvvassdraget watershed.
