Unterhaching
Unterhaching (, , in contrast to "Upper Haching"; Central Bavarian: Haching) is the second largest municipality in the district of Munich in Bavaria, Germany, located to the south of Munich city centre and easily accessible via two federal motorways, Bundesautobahn 8 and Bundesautobahn 995, and also on the Munich S-Bahn, connecting Unterhaching to Marienplatz in less than 20 minutes. The municipality is best known for its football club SpVgg Unterhaching, who played in the Bundesliga in 1999–2001 and is also home to a CO2 neutral district heating network.

Oberschleißheim (, , in contrast to "Lower Schleißheim") is a municipality in the district of Munich, and a suburb to Munich in Bavaria, in southern Germany. It is located 13 km north of Munich (centre). As of 2005 it had a population of 11,467.
Ottobrunn
Ottobrunn () is a suburban municipality southeast of Munich, Bavaria, Germany, founded in 1955. Ottobrunn consists of mainly semi-detached and detached houses, as well as extensive garden areas. Ottobrunn is also the German Headquarters of Airbus Defense and Space (former European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS)), with the majority of Airbus DS grounds situated in the neighbouring community of Taufkirchen. According to the Federal Statistical Office of Germany, the municipality is the second-most densely populated in all of Germany, trailing only Munich, and ahead of Berlin.

Bavaria-Munich () was a duchy that was a constituent state of the Holy Roman Empire from 1392 to 1505, ruled by the Wittelsbach dynasty. It was created after the division of the Bavarian inheritance in 1392, and was re-unified at the end of the War of the Succession of Landshut after the defeat of George the Rich. The dukes of the realm held court in Munich. It existed concurrently with Bavaria-Landshut and Bavaria-Ingolstadt.

IsarOpen
The IsarOpen was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour. The tournament was only held once in Pullach, Germany in 2018. Afterwards the tournament relocated to Augsburg, renamed as the Schwaben Open. The organizer, TG Großhesselohe, had achieved promotion of their men's team to the Tennis Bundesliga for the 2019 season and foresaw difficulties with conflicting dates, organization and focus if two big tennis events took place in summer.
