Tallinn
Tallinn is the capital and most populous city of Estonia. Located on a bay in northern Estonia, on the shore of the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic Sea, it has a population of 456,518 as of 2025 and administratively lies in Harju County. Tallinn is the main governmental, financial, industrial, and cultural centre of Estonia. It is located northwest of the country's second largest city, Tartu, however, only south of Helsinki, Finland. Rakvere
Rakvere is the administrative center, or county seat, of Lääne-Viru County in northern Estonia, about 100 km southeast of Tallinn and 20 km south of the Gulf of Finland and the Baltic Sea. In 2022, Rakvere was one of 10 ACES European Towns of Sport. Kohtla-Järve
Kohtla-Järve () is a city and municipality in Ida-Viru County, northeastern Estonia, founded in 1924 and incorporated as a town in 1946. The city is unusual among Estonian municipalities due to its discontiguous territorial span, being made of several separated parts, with the two largest of Kohtla-Järve proper (referred to as Järve) and Ahtme, both of which have populations of around 20,000 residents, being located about apart, with the now separated town of Jõhvi located between them. Sillamäe
Sillamäe (Estonian for 'Bridge Hill'; also known by the Germanised names of Sillamäggi or Sillamägi) is a town in Ida-Viru County in the northeastern part of Estonia, on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland. It has a population of 11,824 (as of 2025) and covers an area of 12.15 km2. Sillamäe is located at the mouth of the Sõtke River. Its population is predominantly Russian-speaking.

Maardu (, ) is a town and a municipality in Harju County, Estonia. It is part of Tallinn metropolitan area, located about east of the capital city. The town covers an area of 22.76 km2 and has a population of 16,875 (as of 18 June 2025).

Keila () is a town and an urban municipality in Harju County in north-western Estonia, southwest of Tallinn. As of 2025, the town has a population of 11,024 inhabitants.
