Formed in 2001, the group was originally known as "The Chiodos Bros," the band's name was a tribute to filmmakers Stephen, Charles, and Edward Chiodo, responsible for the film Killer Klowns from Outer Space. The group originally consisted of singer-songwriter Sian Evans, songwriter-producer Markee Ledge and producer-songwriter Darren Beale. Currently it consists of Evans, songwriter-producer Ron McElroy and drummer Mitchell Glover. The bandname Kosheen is inspired by the name of the North American Apache warrior, Cochise.

UnSun was a Polish gothic metal band formed in 2006 by ex-guitarist Maurycy "Mauser" Stefanowicz of death metal band Vader. Their debut album, entitled The End of Life, was released in September 2008 by Century Media Records. Their second album Clinic for Dolls was released in 2010 via Mystic Production. Despite plans to enter the studio in 2015 to record the follow-up to Clinic for Dolls, vocalist Anna "Aya" Stefanowicz's health conditions got worse and prevented her from recording vocal lines. Having seen no improvement, Unsun was forced to disband in February 2016.

To/Die/For (often abbreviated TDF) are a gothic metal band from the town of Kouvola in southeast of Finland, originally assembled in 1993 as a hard rock band under the name Mary-Ann. In 1999, they decided to change their musical style to gothic metal, changing their band name as well. The band disbanded in April 2009, but reformed in July 2009, and played their final concert at John Smith Rock Festival in Finland on 22 June 2016. They reformed once again in early 2020.

WaT (pronounced "Watto" ワット, for Wentz and Teppei) was a Japanese duo composed of singers/songwriters Eiji Wentz and Teppei Koike. They met each other in 2002 and formed WaT, playing live street performances with their guitars. Their debut single, "Boku no Kimochi", was released in 2005. Wentz, who is half German-American and half Japanese, is also a TV personality. Koike is also known as an actor and can play the harmonica. "Boku no Kimochi" reached the second place on the Oricon chart.
