Vändåtberget
Vändåtberget is a nature reserve in Västernorrland County in Sweden located 50 kilometres northwest of the town Örnsköldsvik. The reserve was established on 1 July 1989 and has an area of 3.45 km2.
Tåkern
Lake Tåkern () is a lake in Östergötland County, Sweden. It is considered one of northern Europe's foremost bird lakes. It is long and wide, with an average depth only . The lake lies around west of Mjölby, bordering in the west to Omberg. The whole lake, with the surrounding beaches, has been a nature reserve since 1975. From April to the end of July, it is not open to the public, except for visiting areas and walking routes.

Dundret

Omberg
Omberg () is a forested mountain in western Östergötland County in Sweden. Administratively it is split between the municipalities of Ödeshög in the south and Vadstena in the north. It lies between Lake Vättern and Lake Tåkern. Alvastra Abbey lies at its foot.

Malören
Malören (, locally ; ) is an island in the Kalix archipelago of northern Sweden. It lies to the southwest of Sandskär, but is not part of the Haparanda Archipelago National Park. Malören has the shape of an atoll, with sandbanks around an inland sea. It came into existence about 1,500 years ago when the area began to rise by per century. Since 1997, the island has been a nature reserve, encompassing . On the island is a chapel, built in 1769, and a lighthouse, built in 1851.

Grogarnsberget
Grogarnsberget or Grogarnsberg (lit. "The Grogarn Mountain" more appropriate "Grogarn Hill") is a plateau hill on the Östergarn coast, on the Swedish island of Gotland. On the hill are the remains of former hillfort, the second largest on Gotland and the fourth largest in Scandinavia.
Glaskogen
Glaskogen is a nature reserve located in the province of Värmland, between the municipalities of Årjäng and Arvika, in the west mid-Sweden. It was established as a nature reserve in 1970 and has a land area of about . The reserve was established by the County Administration of Värmland, which led to the formation of the Gla Forest Foundation in 1972 by the four local municipalities Arvika, Eda, Säffle and Årjäng.
