Driva
The Driva river runs through Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal counties in Norway. The headwaters lie in the Dovrefjell mountains in the south, from where it flows northward, downward through the Drivdalen valley in Oppdal Municipality. When the river gets to the village of Oppdal, it turns westward and heads down the Sunndalen valley to the Sunndalsfjorden at the village of Sunndalsøra in Sunndal Municipality. Some of the other villages along the river include Grøa, Hoelsand, Lønset, and Vognillan. The Norwegian National Road 70 follows the river for most of its course.
Storskrymten
Storskrymten is a tall mountain in Norway. The top of the mountain is a tripoint for three counties and three municipalities: Oppdal Municipality (Trøndelag county), Sunndal Municipality (Møre og Romsdal county), and Lesja Municipality (Innlandet county). The nearest urban areas are the village of Sunndalsøra which is located about to the northwest, Dombås which is located about to the south, and Oppdal which is about to the northeast.

Gjevillvatnet is a lake in Oppdal Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the Trollheimen mountain range, about south of the mountain Blåhøa and about northwest of the village of Vognillan.

Fagerhaugen is a village in Oppdal Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The village is located along the European route E6 highway, about northeast of the village of Oppdal. Fagerhaugen is located just south of the municipal border with Rennebu Municipality. In 1921, Fagerhaug Church was built in the village.

Ångardsvatnet
Ångardsvatnet is a lake in Oppdal Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The lake lies in the Storlidalen valley, about northwest of the village of Lønset and about west of the village of Oppdal. The lake is about long and about wide. It is surrounded by the Trollheimen mountain range including the mountains Gråfjellet, Kråkvasstind, and Lorthøa to the south and Bårdsgardskammen and Okla to the north. The lake Gjevillvatnet lies in the next valley to the north of Ångardsvatnet.

Skuleggen is a mountain in Lesja Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The tall mountain lies within Dovrefjell-Sunndalsfjella National Park, about north of the village of Dombås. The mountain is surrounded by several other mountains including Storskrymten which is about to the northwest, Salhøa which is about to the west, Lågvasstinden which is to the southwest, and Drugshøe which is about to the south.

Brunkollen is a mountain on the border of Dovre Municipality in Innlandet county and Oppdal Municipality in Trøndelag county in Norway. The tall mountain is located in the Dovrefjell mountains and inside the Dovrefjell-Sunndalsfjella National Park, about north of the village of Dombås and about northwest of the village of Hjerkinn. The mountain is surrounded by several other notable mountains including Tverrfjellet to the southeast, Einøvlingseggen and Skredahøin to the southwest, Snøhetta and Storstyggesvånåtinden to the west.

Kongsvoll (historic: ) is a historic mountain lodge built on the site of a former inn located in the Drivdalen valley in Oppdal Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The original inn dated to the 12th century. The oldest buildings of the present mountain lodge date from the 18th century.
